James L. Gillies. A graduate of Stanford University and University of California, Hastings College of Law, Jim has handled high profile personal injury claims for nearly 35 years. These have included hundreds of automobile accidents, wrongful death cases, severe spinal cord injuries (including paralysis) and closed head injury matters, among others. Originally practicing in Los Angeles and then Denver, Jim represented many manufacturers and other defendants in these cases for over a decade, so he is well-versed in the ins and outs of how to deal with insurance companies — and with how insurance companies value cases. Since 1997, Jim has recovered well over $10,000,000 for his clients, aggressively representing victims in personal injury accidents.

Jim also practices frequently in the areas of corporate/business formation, estate planning, probate, and real estate.
